About the Event

Yoga Nidra, translated as yogic sleep, is a practice dedicated to exploring and understanding one’s self by traveling through the five main layers of self (koshas). Your body and mind fully integrate by journeying through the physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual stages leaving you feeling relaxed, satisfied and whole. If you are feeling frazzled, unorganized or stressed, Yoga Nidra is the practice for you. 

This is a live stream event. Please prepare your space prior to the event. You can practice lying down or seated. Make sure you have everything you ned to support your body and make it feel warm throughout your practice. There will not be a movement practice. This is an accessible meditation practice for all. No meditation/yoga experience required.
